About KPV Nasal Drops

KPV is a biologically active C-terminal tripeptide fragment (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH). Unlike the full-length neuropeptide, KPV exerts potent anti-inflammatory and mucosal restorative actions without inducing melanogenesis or pigmentary changes. Scientific investigations demonstrate that KPV acts intracellularly via PepT1 peptide transporters, directly attenuating NF-κB nuclear translocation and downregulating pro-inflammatory cytokines including TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6.
