PenIGF-1 LR3 4000 mcg
A long-acting IGF-1 analog studied for cell growth, repair and metabolism research.
IGF-1 DES PENAnabolic · Growth Factor
A truncated analog of insulin-like growth factor-1 (lacking Gly-Pro-Glu at the N-terminus) that evades IGF-binding proteins to elicit rapid, localized anabolic signaling.
Available to authenticated researchers. Pricing and the batch Certificate of Analysis are shared on request.
IGF-1 DES (Des(1-3) IGF-1) is a truncated variant of native IGF-1. By omitting the first three N-terminal amino acids, binding affinity to circulating inhibitory IGFBPs is attenuated by up to 90%, leaving the peptide free to bind the IGF-1 receptor with up to 10-fold higher potency. Its short half-life makes it the gold standard for site-specific localized tissue regeneration experiments.
Pen technology & delivery format
IGF-1 DES is supplied in the NADOVA LABS GoQuick pre-filled pen — a graduated, 3 mL dial-calibrated laboratory dispensing system engineered to eliminate reconstitution variability, aerosolization, and volumetric measurement errors in repeat-dose research designs. Each pen is pre-filled with ≥99% HPLC-authenticated research peptide solution, features a tactile dial-a-dose click mechanism, and is preserved under 2–8 °C cold-chain storage with a verifiable batch Certificate of Analysis.
Handling & research compliance
This pre-filled pen is intended strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research use by qualified scientific investigators. It is not an approved medicine, medical device, food, or supplement, and is not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, or injection. Store refrigerated at 2–8 °C, protect from direct light, and follow accepted laboratory safety procedures. Statements have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority (FDA, EMA).
